Yves Tremblay is an electrical engineer who graduated from the University of Saskatchewan. He spent over 13 years at TransAlta in progressively more senior roles up to Director, Generation Services. Yves has also worked at Enerflex, where he held the positions of Vice President, Power Generation and Vice President, Electrical and Instrumentation, and at Dyno Nobel Canada, where he was CEO. Yves is a former board member and chair of the board of the Alberta Boiler Safety Association and board member of Alberta First Call. He has been the President and CEO of Pronghorn Controls since 2009.

Susanne Poltrok is a graduate of the Environmental Studies program at York University. She worked for several levels of government, including the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, Ontario Ministry of the Environment, and the Toronto Regional Conservation Authorities before coming to Morguard in 1996. She holds a Canadian Risk Manager designation from University of Toronto and is working toward completing her Chartered Insurance Professional designation. She has held several positions at Morguard both in the environmental affairs department as well as risk management and claims. Her current position includes the management of risk, environmental affairs, health and safety, building certification and national programs.

Craig Thompson has spent over 21 years building and implementing technology solutions across the financial services, legal and hospitality sectors to unlock new business capabilities, drive efficiency and solve business problems. Prior to joining Brighten, Craig worked at MA Financial Group as Head of Technology across its asset management, corporate advisory and lending divisions. Craig was responsible for the development and delivery of MA’s IT strategy, transformation program and technology roadmap.
