Bruce Thames joined the company in April 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer and appointed a member of the board on April 1, 2016. Prior to joining Thermon, Mr. Thames was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TD Williamson in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a position he had held since 2012. TD Williamson manufactures and delivers a portfolio of solutions to the owners and operators of pressurized piping systems for onshore and offshore applications. He joined TD Williamson in 2005 as Vice President, North America and also served as Vice President and General Manager, Eastern Hemisphere from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Thames began his career with Cooper Industries (formerly Intool), where he spent twelve years in various roles within the product engineering, marketing, and operations groups. Mr. Thames then joined GE Energy (formerly Dresser Flow Solutions, or Dresser) and served primarily as the Director of North American Operations and Product Director for ball valves globally for Dresser's Valve Group during his tenure from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Thames holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He brings extensive leadership skills, international acumen, product innovation, and operational experience in lean Six Sigma and industry knowledge to the board.

Mike Pincoe joined Thermon in August 2018 as Manager, Health, Safety and Environmental, Canada. Prior to joining Thermon, Mr. Pincoe was National Environmental Health and Safety Manager of Siemens Canada Limited, Building Technologies Division, a position he held since 2015. Mr. Pincoe began his career with Siemens Canada Limited in 2003, where he spent fifteen years in various roles in multiple divisions within Siemens Canada Limited. Mr. Pincoe holds an Honours B.A. from The University of Toronto. Mr. Pincoe brings an extensive background of knowledge in health and safety to Thermon with a focus on auditing, safety management systems, safety program development, contractor management, risk assessments, manufacturing and continuous improvement. Mr. Pincoe is a two-time winner of the Canada’s Safest Employers Awards (2015 and 2023) and a two-time Safety Excellence Awardee Winner (2021 and 2022).

Paul is the Managing Director at Altera (Atlantic) Management ULC, leading Altera Infrastructure’s East Coast Canada operations, which support the Newfoundland and Labrador offshore industry. Paul has over three decades of experience in both the marine and offshore sectors, involving operations and commercial and project management.

Craig was responsible for the development and delivery of MA’s IT strategy, transformation program and technology roadmap.
