Established in 2004, CGCSL’s primary focus was sewer and water-main construction within the City of Toronto. However, since inception, CGCSL’s work has expanded to include road paving, concrete curb/sidewalk, as well as full road reconstruction for various municipalities within the GTA. CGCSL is a proud member of both Local 183 and Local 793, as well as a member of the ORGCA and the GTSWA. CGCSL is also an active member of IHSA and currently holds a COR certificate, recognizing its high standard of health and safety in the heavy civil industry. CGCSL strives to deliver an exceptional product to its clients through quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and project management. Our goal is to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with as little disruption to the public as possible.
