Yves Tremblay
President and CEO
Yves Tremblay is an electrical engineer who graduated from the University of Saskatchewan. He spent over 13 years at TransAlta in progressively more senior roles up to Director, Generation Services. Yves has also worked at Enerflex, where he held the positions of Vice President, Power Generation and Vice President, Electrical and Instrumentation, and at Dyno Nobel Canada, where he was CEO. Yves is a former board member and chair of Board of Alberta Boiler Safety Association and board member of Alberta First Call.

Mike Wieninger
COO, Canadian Operations
Mike Wieninger serves as Chief Operating Officer, Canadian Operations, with responsibility for PCL’s buildings and civil business across the country. He began his career with PCL in 1996 as an Estimator in Calgary and quickly advanced through progressive leadership roles in Calgary, Edmonton, and Toronto. Mike brings more than 25 years of construction experience and deep insight into Canada’s diverse markets. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in delivering major projects that shape communities and strengthen critical infrastructure across the country. A strong advocate for client success and industry advancement, Mike prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and disciplined execution. His leadership continues to drive operational excellence across PCL’s Canadian operations, fostering teams that are agile, high-performing, and committed to delivering outstanding results for clients and partners.

Todd Craigen
President and COO, Corporate Services
Passionate about delivering value to clients and building resilient, connected communities, Todd brings 27 years of construction industry experience to his role as President and Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Services. Todd has held progressive leadership roles across Canada, from project delivery and district operations to enterprise-wide strategy and governance. Throughout his career, he has led major pursuits and projects across multiple markets, including P3 and EPC delivery, and has overseen more than $8 billion in building projects and over $1 billion in solar work across Canada, the United States, and Australia. He is known for fostering strong client partnerships, advancing innovation, and championing disciplined strategy that enables long-term growth.
Todd also prioritizes community engagement and industry leadership, working closely with partners and stakeholders to strengthen the built environment and support local economic development. He studied architectural engineering at the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology and holds Gold Seal Certification in project management from the Canadian Construction Association.

Reg Sopka
Vice President, Health, Safety and Environment
Currently Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environment, Reg Sopka began his PCL career in 2008 as District HSE Manager at PCL Energy, later moving to PCL Industrial Management. He became Regional HSE Manager in 2018, overseeing heavy industrial and North American headquarters, and in 2024 became Director of HSE for Canada, where he led national safety policy implementation and performance monitoring. He holds Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certifications. Reg also earned a diploma in occupational health and safety from Toronto Metropolitan University. His leadership has been key in advancing PCL’s integrated safety and operational strategy across Canadian industrial projects.
